BREAKFAST IS ALSO GOOD AND MY HUSBAND LOVE HIS BREAKFAST. NICE STAFF AND DINNING AREA WAS CLEAN AND FRIENDLY, STATE FAIR WAS EASY TO GET THERE AND BACK.

No complaints on the room until one of the pilar from the ceiling drop down to the floor and it scar my children and my family. Disappointed that the owner didnt even bother to either lower my fee or give me accommodation free room fir future use. Its not my fault that the Pilar fell down and the front desk guy couldnt even switch my family and I to another room so we couldnt sleep all night cause we were afraid that the other 2 Pilars might fall on us!! Breakfast was not offered or mentioned to us. The bed was comfortable.

the front desk people were very polite and helpful. we needed an early check in on Sunday- I dropped my husband off at the hotel and they took care of him and got him in a room early. This was much appreciated. We like to stay here when we when we come to Des Moines.
